Physical Rehabilitation
Service Description:
St. Anthony's offers specialized rehabilitation services to help patients achieve their maximum potential and return to a healthy lifestyle. Our therapists work with each patient and their families to create an individualized treatment plan with realistic goals.
The Physical Rehabilitation department offers services for both inpatients and outpatients with a physician referral. Outpatients may register directly at the Physical Rehabilitation reception desk.

Location of the Service:
Physical Rehabilitation is located in the northeast wing of the hospital, off of Kentucky Street. Patient parking is available at the Physical Rehabilitation entrance on Kentucky Street.
