Community Diabetes Education Program

The free program assists people with diabetes in obtaining resources needed to manage their disease.
The program offers help with healthy food options and recipes, medication costs, free blood sugar testing supplies and lifestyle changes. Clients partner with the Registered Dietitian and work towards goals to improve their health.  A free glucometer, test strips, and lancets are provided to participants.

St. Anthony's partners with Catholic Charities and other area communities to provide the program.

Through our partnership with Catholic Charities we are able to evaluate the availability of “diabetic-friendly” foods provided by their Food Pantry and fill any gaps as needed to support the overall program.
