The Excite technology reduces the scan times to an average of 30 minutes and is designed for patient comfort.

Location of the Service:
St. Anthony’s MRI is located in the Center for Advanced Imaging.. Located in the hospital off of Mulberry Street, patients should enter through the patient entrance off of Mulberry Street. Parking is available off of Mulberry Street. The Registration area is through the patient entrance on the right.
Open MRI
Service Description
St. Anthony's offers the benefits of an Open MRI at our Open MRI and Diagnostic Center located at 902 West Temple Avenue, Effingham. The Open MRI features a wide patient table for comfortable acess and easy positioning, the open design is beneficial for pediatric patients and those who are claustrophobic, comfortable imaging for those with size limitations, and highly defined images of the extremities.
