Effingham County - No Place for Drugs

The ongoing Effingham County No Place for Drugs anti-drug effort continues and you can help. Permission and support has been received from the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect our message on highways and community entrances throughout Effingham County. The permanent metal signs with the logo message will serve as an effective reminder to all that Effingham County does not tolerate the sale, manufacture or use of illegal drugs.

The 36-inch diameter engineer-grade, aluminum signs will include the yellow and black logo on a refective background. The IDOT has identified 32 locations for the signs. Your support is needed.

You can obtain your own signs for additional placements by contacting the Greater Effingham County Chamber of Commerce at 217-342-4147.
