This day camp will be held Thursday, 6/20 and Friday, 6/21. The recommended age range is 5-12 years, but the child should feel comfortable being left without a parent or guardian. Participants may bring one (1) guest who may be a brother, sister or friend. The camp encourages diabetic children to become more independent & includes recreational activities and diabetes education. Lunch, mid-morning, afternoon snacks and blood glucose monitoring supplies will be provided. A registration packet will be sent to participants with additional information.
