Labor / Delivery 2 Class
Labor and Delivery Class 1 is required prior to this class. This class provides information on the extended postpartum period and provides participants techniques to manage their labor and an opportunity to practice various breathing and relaxation techniques which will be useful during labor. Due to class content children are not permitted to attend.
