I would like to compliment and thank your staff for providing my dad with a wonderful surgical experience. I was highly impressed by the compassion that was shown to my father by every single person he came across. From the front desk to the surgical and attending nurses, his experience was positive. Because of his age, I was worried about how your staff dealt with elderly patients. They were kind and considerate, not only to him, but also to the family members that were with him. Having been married to a health care provider, I have seen many outpatient surgical clinics at many different hospitals. Yours is most impressive. Thanks for taking such good care of my dad!
